For those that don't need the caffeine, this decaf from Colombia is for you. In a flat white it will hit you with lovely caramel and chocolate notes, along with a hint of lemon on the finish. It will also hold up beautifully in an espresso or in a black coffee.

This coffee was produced by 7 producers across 4 municipalities in Colombia. The coffee was decaffeinated using the "sugar cane process", which uses the by-product from the fermentation of sugar cane as a natural solvent to decaffeinate the coffee beans.
