Refund policy

We pride ourselves on delivering high quality specialty quality coffee direct to your door. However if you have any issue with your order please email us at sales@hoodespresso.com.au. Ensure you provide your order number from your order confirmation email and a description of the issue, along with your contact details.

Coffee is non-returnable. We only offer refunds on coffee if it was received in error or it was damaged in transit. If this is the case, please email us at sales@hoodespresso.com.au within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, you are no longer eligable for a refund.
